Cody Crow – Head Trainer
Cody Crow was raised on his family’s cattle ranch in southeastern Colorado. There, he learned to start colts and rope, as his family was active in the sport of rodeo. Around the age of 12 Cody not only helped start colts for his family but he began taking on outside horses for other people. On top of starting colts and roping with his twin brother, Cody and his family had a couple strings of race horses.
Growing up, his family would often buy a colt from the sale barn in the fall. His parents would feed the horse and he and his brothers would train it through the winter and sell it in the spring. The money made from their colt starting funded their rodeo habits. This cycle gave Cody a start to what would become his passion and business.
Currently Cody Crow owns and operates No Where But UP Performance Horses in Johnstown, Colorado.
Cody has had to opportunity to train and exhibit numerous horses to World and National Titles in multiple events, as well as showing many horses to multiple World Show Finalists and World show Top 5’s in several associations including NRCHA, Shtx, AQHA, ApHC, and ASHA.
On top of Cody’s personal show highlights, he is very proud to have also coached his non pro clientele to championships from local affiliates all the way up to World and National titles.
Cody believes that keeping the barn light hearted and fun makes his program stand out.
